Apartment Prep Detail

Each vacant apartment home is prepped for painting by repairing damages or stains to walls throughout. We also repair settlement cracks or nail pops that have occurred within each unit.

	Each unit has switch plates removed and outlets taped.
	All nail holes are filled and sanded.
	All areas of damage are repaired.
	Thermostat is wrapped.
	All food, drink, or drawing stains primed.
	Fire places are covered as well as countertops and stoves.

Apartment and Townhome Painting

	Once units are prepped, we generally paint the same day.
	Each crew is well equipped to handle most repair jobs on site. Larger than 6" x 6" should be scheduled in advance.
	We use high quality spraying machines and typically roll out the semi-gloss areas by hand.
	We proudly use McCormick, Duron, or Sherwin Williams brand paints.

	All of our crews are well trained in the art of "clean up". Consider overspray a thing of the past. Also, no more ruined carpets!
